Ingredients
  

  • AB’s Burger Seasoning.
  • 1 lb. 80/20 Ground Beef
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 medium Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ½ cup Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Yellow Mustard
  • 8 – 10 slices Bacon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil.

Instructions
 

  • Step-01. Prepare the Buns: Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Toast the buns in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  • Step 2. Cook the Bacon: Cut the bacon into small pieces. Cook the bacon in the skillet until crispy. Once cooked, set aside.
  • Step 3. Prepare the Vegetables: Dice the onion and green bell pepper into small pieces.
  • Step 4. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet used for the bacon, sauté the diced onion and green bell pepper until softened.
  • Step 5. Cook the Ground Beef: Add the ground beef to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Break up the ground beef using a spatula or masher as it cooks until it’s browned and crumbled.
  • Step 6. Season the Beef: Season the cooked ground beef with AB’s Burger Seasoning (or salt and pepper) stir well after that reduce the heat down to low, then add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  • Step 7. Add Bacon: Stir in the cooked bacon pieces, then add yellow mustard allowing them to blend into the mixture.
  • Step 8. Simmer: Let the mixture simmer for about 1-2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Step 9. Serve: Spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto the toasted buns. Enjoy your Dairy Queen-style sloppy joes!
